High On Fire haven’t been having the best luck lately — they had to cancel two recent tours due to Matt Pike’s medical issues and Matt also reportedly had gear stolen earlier this summer — but let’s hope third time’s a charm because they just announced an absolute ripper of a tour. It’s a co-headlining run with Texas crossover thrashers Power Trip, and support comes from two rising bands: blackened Philly punks Devil Master and Texas metallic hardcore crew Creeping Death.
Both High On Fire and Power Trip play Psycho Las Vegas in August and Austin’s Levitation in November, and the tour begins right after Levitation.
They’ll hit the Northeast in late November, including shows at NJ’s Asbury Lanes on November 20 and Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Hall on November 21 & 22. Tickets for Asbury Lanes and Elsewhere go on sale Friday (7/26) at 10 AM with a presale for Asbury starting Wednesday (7/24) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
