Phoksundo Lake Trek will take you to one of the extremely isolated regions of Nepal. Phoksundo Lake is the deepest lake in the Himalayan region, located in the mid-western part of Nepal. The best part of the lake is, it falls under the Phoksundo National Park area, which is home to many endangered animals like musk deer, Tibetan wolf, and snow leopard. The trek to Phoksundo Lake will offer you breath-taking views of the Himalayan sceneries. The trail will include dense forests of juniper, oak & pine, several ascends & descends, crystal clear streams, and panoramic views of Dhaulagiri Peaks (8,167 m) and other snow-capped mountains. We will cross a few passes on this trek, and upon reaching Numala Pass, we will get to see panoramic views of Dhaulagiri Peaks, Kugung La, and other surrounding mountains. Most part of the trek is covered by mountains and huge rocks that resemble like Tibetan Plateau. Moreover, the world famous medicinal herb Yarsagumba, which is a half worm and half herb is found here.

Switzerland is a mountainous Central European country, home to numerous lakes, villages and the high peaks of the Alps. Its cities contain medieval quarters, with landmarks like capital Bern’s Zytglogge clock tower and Lucerne’s wooden chapel bridge.
