Day 1: Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m, 6-7 hours) 
Get a bus drive from Kathmandu to Besishahar for 6 hours scenic drive passing river, villages and terraces field.
Day 2: Besishahar to Chame (2860 m, 7 - 8 hours)
Breakfast and get sharing jeep drive from Besishahar to Chame for 7 to 8 hours drive. This is an adventure off road drive passing rocky mountain, valley waterfall.
Day 3: Chame to Pisang (3,200 m, 5 - 6 hours)
Have breakfast and a scenic trek for 5 hours to Pisang. Lunch camp and explore upper Pisang village in the afternoon.
Day 4: Pisang to Manang (3,540 m, 6 - 7 hours)
Breakfast and trek for 5/6 hours through Hungde or via upper Pisang via Gyaru village. You can choose of the option.  The Gyaru village trail is more scenic and beautiful but bit tough that the Hungde trail.
Day 5: Acclimatization day in Manang
Acclimatize day in Manang, and exploration hiking around Manang to Gangapurna Glacier, monastery and visit Himalayan Rescue center in the afternoon.
Day 6: Manang to Shree Kharka (4060 m, 4-5 hours)
Have breakfast and an easy trek for 5 hours to Shree Kharka for lunch and camp via Kangshar village. Throughout the trek we will have a clear view of Gungang Himal and Mt. Chulu.
Day 7: Shree Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m, 5-6 hours)
Today we walk an easy path that leads through the middle of the landslides area where we can view impressive rock formations; we trek up to Tilicho base camp where we can get a good view of Tilicho Peak and other snow cover Mountains – overnight at Lodge.
Day 8: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,920m) then back to Shree Kharka (8 to 9 hours)
We start the day early to avoid afternoon wind. After a steeps consistent climb of 2-3 hours we reach Tilicho lake, the highest lake in the world also referred as the “the great ice lake” by the leader of the French expedition team .This is a large sparkling lake that lies at the foot of the north face of Tilicho peak, after spending some time here we take the same route back to Shree Kharka.
Day 9: Shree Kharka to Yak Kharka (4060 m, 4-5 hours) 
Breakfast and trek back to meet the mail trail of Annapurna Circuit to Yak Kharka enjoying the Annapurna Mountains range, other peaks, blue sheep (Ghoral) and if you are lucky you might spot a snow leopard.
Day 10:Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4525 m, 3-4 hours)
We walk uphill to Thorong Phedi, a small busy settlement with an amazing view of mountains and landscapes. On our way we get the best views of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak and Mt. Khatungkan.
Day 11: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La pass (5416m) to Muktinath (3,800m, 7 - 8 hours)
Wake up early and have early breakfast,  trek to the most challenging part of the trip, we cross Thorong La pass, one of the highest passes in the world, and the highest point of the trek and  push yourselves through the icy air , and high altitude but the view from the pass will make it totally worth it. We will see a panorama of majestic Himalayan peaks extending northwards into Tibet and at the back we can see several of the main peaks of Annapurna.  We then descend all the way to Muktinath a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists.
Day 12: Muktinath to Tatopani (1,200 m, 6 - 8 hours)
We visit Muktinath temple before continuing our journey in a jeep and bus to Tatopani. Tatopani is famous for natural hot spring; it is place where we can soak in the hot springs. Overnight at guesthouse or tea house.
Day 13: Tatopani to Pokhara (850m, 5/6 hours)
Breakfast and get a bus or jeep drive sharing with other people. The trip ends in Pokhara.
