Two Wildcats featured in top ten of 2021 NBA Mock Draft

The 2020 NBA Draft is still roughly two months away, but that’s not stopping us from looking ahead to 2021.

Today, ESPN’s Jonathan Givony released his first official mock draft for 2021, a class most analysts feel is deeper and boasts better star talent from top to bottom.

Included in the mock? Two future Kentucky Wildcats in the top ten, with B.J. Boston coming in at No. 8 overall, followed by Terrence Clarke at No. 10. Surprisingly, the pair of five-star guards are the only Kentucky players expected to come off the board.

Outside of future Wildcats, former Kentucky targets Cade Cunningham and Jalen Green came in at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, followed by Evan Mobley (USC), Jonathan Kuminga, Ziaire Williams, Jalen Johnson, Usman Garuba, Boston, Greg Brown, and Clarke rounding out the top ten.

From there, other familiar faces lined the two-round mock:

Daishen Nix, UCLA (12)
Sccottie Barnes, FSU (14)
Josh Christopher, ASU (16)
David Johnson, Louisville (17)
DJ Steward, Duke (21)
Keyontae Johnson, Florida (22)
Scottie Lewis, Florida (23)
Matthew Hurt, Duke (34)
D.J. Jeffries, Memphis (51)
